The free support period covers bug fixes, minor adjustments (text changes, image updates), browser compatibility fixes, and technical assistance for any issues directly related to our deliverables. It does not include new feature development, design redesigns, or scope additions, which would be quoted separately.

After the free support period, you can opt for our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) which includes monthly backups, security patches, minor updates, uptime monitoring, and priority support. Pricing starts from ₹8,000/year for basic websites and scales based on complexity.

During business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST), we respond within 4–8 hours. For critical issues (website down, payment not working), we have an emergency WhatsApp line for faster response. Enterprise clients on AMC contracts have dedicated SLA response times.
